This lively cocktail is arguably the most refreshing highball. Try to find Squirt or Jarritos grapefruit soda if you can.

This has become my new signature cocktail this summer. I use Trader Joe's Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice and seltzer instead of the grapefruit soda. The salt rim is the perfect counterpoint.
Everyone loves it.

This is a great drink that's perfect for humid weather. It was a huge hit at our BBQ party. We served it as a punch: Mix 2 six-packs of Sanpellegrino Pompelmo grapefruit soda, 20 oz. seltzer water, two cans frozen Bacardi margarita mix, and about 1/2 of a 750 ml bottle of silver tequila. To make it pink (much more festive!), add 2 tbsp or so grenadine. Taste and adjust if needed. Garnish with sliced rounds of limes and large squares of ice. Put out with ice, lime wedges and salt for guests.

Grapefruit juice can mess up someone with high blood pressure. Not sure if it raises or lowers BP but I see warnings about using grapefruit juice if you take meds for HBP.

Try it with mezcal and grapefruit twist.

Add a little Mezcal and Tajin to take it up a notch.

Add juice of one grapefruit to two cocktails
